1. To ensure that no other program interferes with the installation, save all work and close all other programs. The Taskbar should be clear of applications before proceeding.
2. Download the INDOTH-01035100-US.EXE file to a temporary or download directory (please note this directory for reference).
3. Go to the directory where the file was downloaded and double-click the INDOTH-01035100-US.EXE file to begin the installation.
4. At the "Intel® 945GM Chipset Driver for Microsoft® Windows® XP" screen, click "Next".
5. At the "License Agreement" dialog, read the agreement, then, if you agree, click "I Agree" to continue with the installation.
6. At the "Installation Complete" box, click to select "Yes, I want to restart my computer now", then click "Finish".

After the computer restarts, the installation of the Intel® 945GM Chipset Driver is complete.
