1. Download the LUC80CKDDQ.EXE file to a temporary or download directory (please note this directory for reference).
2. Go to the directory where the file was downloaded and double-click the LUC80CKDDQ.EXE file to begin the installation.
3. At the "Lucent® Win Modem Driver - InstallShield Wizard" box, click Next. Several setup boxes will briefly appear during the installation. As the files are installed, these boxes will close automatically.
   NOTE: If an "Information" box appears prompting you to reboot the system, click OK. After the computer restarts, please continue with step 5 above.
4. At the "Modem" screen, click OK.
5. At the "InstallShield Wizard Complete" screen, select "Yes, I want to restart my computer now." (if it has not already been selected) and click Finish.

After the computer restarts, the installation of the Lucent Win Modem Driver is complete.

This program will install the Lucent® Win Modem Driver Utility, Version 5.80C for the Microsoft® Windows® 2000 Professional Operating System

• During the installation of this update, be sure that you are logged in as the Administrator or as a user with Administrative rights.
• To ensure that no other program interferes with the installation, save all work and close all other programs. The Taskbar should be clear of applications before proceeding.
• It is highly recommended to print out these instructions as a reference during the installation process.
