1. Download the NEB002XNHO.EXE file to a temporary or download directory (please note this directory for reference).
2. Go to the directory where the file was downloaded and double-click the NEB002XNHO.EXE file to begin the installation.
3. At the "NeoMagic Video Driver For Windows XP InstallShield Wizard" box, click Next to continue. Please wait as this update check your system and extract driver files.
   NOTE: This driver is not a WHQL-certified driver, you may receive a warning message box "NeoMagic MagicMedia256XL+ has not passed Window Logo testing...", click "Continue Anyway" to continue installation.
4. At "InstallShield Wizard Complete" box, verify the "Yes, I want to restart my computer now" is checked, and click Finish.

After the computer restarts, the installation of the NeoMagic® MagicMedia256XL Display Driver for Windows XP is complete.

• During the installation of this update, be sure that you are logged in as the Administrator or as a user with Administrative rights.
• To ensure that no other program interferes with the installation, save all work and close all other programs. The Taskbar should be clear of applications before proceeding.
• It is highly recommended to print out these instructions as a reference during the installation process.
