1. Download the NM256XL.EXE file to a temporary or download directory (please note this directory for reference).
2. Go to the directory where the file was downloaded and double-click the NM256XL.EXE file to begin the installation.
3. At the "NeoMagic MagicMedia256XL+ Graphics Adapter Driver Utility - Welcome" box, click Continue. Several setup boxes will briefly appear during the installation. As the files are installed, these boxes will close automatically.
4. At the "Setup Complete" screen, select "Yes, I want to restart my computer now" and click Finish. As the computer restarts, the video hardware will be redetected and the updated drivers will be installed.
5. At the "System Settings Change" box, click Yes to restart the system.
