1. Download the NV-B45280801LL03US.EXE file to a temporary or download directory (please note this directory for reference).
2. Go to the directory where the file was downloaded and double-click the NV-B45280801LL03US.EXE file to begin the installation.
3. At the "nVidia® GeForce FX 5600/5200 Graphics Controller Driver for Microsoft® Windows® XP" click Next. Several setup boxes may briefly appear during the installation. As the files are installed, these boxes will close automatically.
4. At the "Finished" screen, click Finish, then click OK to restart the computer

After computer restarts, the installation of the nVidia® GeForce FX 5600/5200 Graphics Controller Driver is complete.

This utility will install the originally shipped nVidia® Graphics Controller Driver.

• IMPORTANT: This update is only for use with computers that ship with an nVidia®GeForce FX 5600/5200 graphics card. You do not need to install this update if you do not have an nVidia card installed in your computer.
• During the installation of this update, be sure that you are logged in as the Administrator or as a user with Administrative rights.
• To ensure that no other program interferes with the installation, save all work and close all other programs. The Taskbar should be clear of applications before proceeding.
• It is highly recommended to print out these instructions as a reference during the installation process.
