1. Download the SOG1ENXDAR.EXE file to a temporary or download directory (please note this directory for reference).
2. Go to the directory where the file was downloaded and double-click the SOG1ENXDAR.EXE file to begin the installation.
3. At the "SONY® Pen Tablet Firmware Update Utility - InstallShield Wizard" box, click Next. Several setup boxes will briefly appear during the installation. As the files are installed, these boxes will close automatically.
   NOTE: If an "Information" box appears prompting you to reboot the computer, click OK. After the computer restarts, please continue with step 5 above.
4. At the "Sony Tablet ROM UpDate Program" screen, click Update.
5. When the message "ROM Update Completed" is displayed, click Exit.

The installation of the SONY® Pen Tablet Firmware is now complete.

This program will install the SONY® Pen Tablet Firmware Update Utility, Version 1.3.1EN for Microsoft® Windows® XP Operating Systems

• It is important to install the Sony Pen Tablet Driver BEFORE this firmware update.
• During the installation of this update, be sure that you are logged in as the Administrator or as a user with Administrative rights.
• To ensure that no other program interferes with the installation, save all work and close all other programs. The Taskbar should be clear of applications before proceeding.
• It is highly recommended to print out these instructions as a reference during the installation process.
