1. Download the SOW120XNFZ.EXE file to a temporary or download directory (please note this directory for reference).
2. Go to the directory where the file was downloaded and double-click the SOW120XNFZ.EXE file to begin the installation.
3. At the "Sony LCD 1.2.0.0 Driver For Windows XP - InstallShield Wizard" screen, click Next.
   NOTE: Please wait for driver to install.
4. Since this driver is not WHQL certified, a " Hardware Installation" warning message will appear. When this message appears, click " Continue Anyway" to continue driver installation.
5. At the "Setup Complete" screen, verify that "Yes, I want to restart my computer now" is selected and then click Finish.

After the computer restarts, the installation of the Sony Notebook LCD Driver is complete.

• During the installation of this update, be sure that you are logged in as the Administrator or as a user with Administrative rights.
• To ensure that no other program interferes with the installation, save all work and close all other programs. The Taskbar should be clear of applications before proceeding.
• It is highly recommended to print out these instructions as a reference during the installation process.
