Important Note:

• This executable will install the Versatile SRCDFD program on the hard drive. The Versatile SRCDFD program may then be used to create an SRCD (System Recovery Compact Disk) startup floppy disk which is used to boot the system and enable DOS support setup of an external third party CDROM drive. Once the CDROM drive is setup, the System Recovery CD can be accessed.
• The ReadMe.txt file contains the instructions to use the Versatile SRCDFD program to create the SRCDFD startup floppy disk. This procedure can be done now or at a later time.
• USB CDROM drives, including the CRX 100EX USB CDRW drive, are not bootable. A system recovery or single file restore (SFR) cannot be performed using a USB CDROM drive.
• This update only affects the Versatile SRCDFD program on the hard drive. The Application CD will still contain the previous version.
• To ensure that no other program interferes with the installation, save all work and close all other programs. The Taskbar should be clear of applications before proceeding.
• It is highly recommended to print out these instructions as a reference during the installation process.
